Business Development Executive (BDE)
Role & Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
Generate qualified leads via email, calls, LinkedIn, and B2B platforms.
Understand client needs and present customized IT service solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to draft proposals and follow up on prospects.
Maintain CRM records and regularly report on sales performance and market trends.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in IT sales or business development.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and online lead generation platforms (Upwork, LinkedIn, etc.).
Ability to understand technical concepts and pitch IT solutions effectively.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
